Please read these Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully before submitting your personal details through the form for the Global Youth Community (GYC) herein after referred as Sedor International Pvt. Ltd and Sedor Events website. By submitting your information, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from providing your personal data.

​Programme Fee:
To participate in the Global Youth Community (GYC) organized by Sedor International Pvt. Ltd, you have to pay a full and final Registration fee.

Payment Methods:
Payments can be made through our secure online payment gateway. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets. Please note that cash payments or cheques will not be accepted.

​Payment Confirmation:
​Once your payment is successfully processed, you can download Receipt cum Invoice from our website www.sedorevents.com with your registration details. Please retain this Receipt cum Invoice for future reference. The receipt or Invoice number is your Registration Number for further reference.

​Late Payments:
Registrations without payment or with incomplete payments will not be considered valid. Ensure that the registration fee is paid in full within the specified deadline to secure your participation.

​Acknowledgment of Policy:
By completing the registration process and making the payment, participants acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
In exceptional cases where the Global Youth Community (GYC) is cancelled or rescheduled by Sedor International Pvt. Ltd, participants will be duly informed, and alternative arrangements or options may be provided at the discretion of the organizers. However, refunds will not be issued. The information will be updated through message and email and will also be available on www.sedorevents.com

Legal Discretion of the company:

1.       Participants signature on the booking form or paying the registration amount shall mean acceptance in totally of the Terms & Condition contained herein by the participant.

2.       The full payment must be received in accordance with procedures laid down in the payment terms. If not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of booking amount & apply cancellation charges as mentioned in this brochure.

3.       The company has full discretion to cancel the application of any of the desiring Participants without assigning any reason after acceptance of the booking amount but prior to the commencement of the tour. In the event the company terminates the contract, the company may refund the booking amount without payment of any Interest.

4.       The Sedor International Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to use names, photos of the students for promotion purpose.

5.       In case of any legal proceedings, every aspect shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and all disputes and differences arising between the parties in relation to the matter shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune only.

6.       By consenting to these guidelines, you warrant that you will not post any messages on social media platforms that are disgusting, foul, explicitly arranged, derisive, undermining or any case violate of any laws. Sedor International Pvt Ltd claims all authority to eliminate, alter, move or close any substance things under any circumstances.

Cancellation Rules: In case the participant wishes to cancel the following cancellation, charges will be levied on receipt of a written request within the following time frame:

60 to 90 Days before: 50% of the total cost will be deducted for the cancellation

30 to 60 Days before: 75% of the total cost will be deducted for the cancellation

00 to 30 Days before the: 100 % of the total cost will be deducted for the cancellation
